We specialise in the design and build of high-power targets, a crucial enabling technology for the next generation of particle accelerators.
We provide electronics assembly and packaging services for a range of projects and clients.
We provide a range of services to support the manufacturing needs of and deliver the science for Technology and the many other departments within STFC. This effort, in turn, supports our global research partners.
Microelectronics Support Centre
We are dedicated to stimulating the use of modern electronic design techniques and tools in academic institutions throughout Europe.
We work on behalf of STFC to support the UK's nuclear physics research programme.

We are responsible for managing the Portfolio Management Office and ISO 9001 Quality Management System of the ASTec/Technology at Daresbury portfolio.

We are a centre of excellence for project management and precision engineering, with expertise in the design and delivery of particle accelerators, detectors, and scientific instrumentation for high-profile international research facilities.
