A networking event for graduates, by graduates.

25 Apr 2026

In March, we hosted the second Technology Department Graduate Networking Event. It was the perfect opportunity for our early career staff to celebrate everything they've achieved so far and connect with fellow graduates across our two sites and four divisions.

With a welcome talk from our Director, Marcus French, the event included a hands-on engineering ice breaker, poster sessions, presentations, and tours of Daresbury Laboratory.

The event organisers shared: “We are really pleased with how the event went. Attendees thoroughly enjoyed seeing everything Technology does at Daresbury, especially our contributions to DUNE and CERN’s High Luminosity upgrade.”

We can’t wait for next year’s networking event – this time at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory.
