Every year, STFC graduates and apprentices volunteer to mentor sixth form students to complete an engineering project that they have designed in an initiative called the Engineering Experience Programme.
With Technology graduate Ryan Carver as this year's programme lead, our staff mentored a brilliant range of projects including:
- Solar Powered Charging System
- Celestial Object Identifier
- Robotic Arm
- Wind Turbine for High Wycombe
- Early Flood Detection System
Last month's celebration event marked the end of the 2024/2025 programme and gave students the opportunity to share their hard work.
Dr Anna Orlowska, our Director, was this year's key note speaker and had the lovely job of presenting students with their certificates.
