The third HEXITEC User Meeting was held at Kings Place in London on the 20th of February 2025.
Users of the STFC Technology Department-developed HEXITEC detector shared their experiences applying the "colour" X-ray detector in areas from material science to medical imaging.
The Technology team shared their latest work, using the HEXITEC detector for neutron imaging, and their recent advances with the HEXITEC MHz camera, which has the potential to revolutionise imaging at high flux rates.
The meeting was well received with over 35 attendees in person and 17 online, including collaborators from around the world contributing to the workshop from Japan to the USA.
